Conference Room Rental


The San Fernando Valley Bar Association’s 600 square foot executive boardroom located in Warner Center is available for depositions, mediations and arbitrations, and hearings.  The contemporary boardroom comfortably accommodates 20 people.  An adjoining conference room is available for breakout sessions and private meetings.

Special Services

  Regular and decaffeinated coffee, tea, and iced water
  Fax, copy, and phone services are available at modest fees
  A notary is also conveniently located onsite 

 


Rates

  Per Day:  $150 SFVBA Members;  $200 Non-members. Daily rates apply for use during normal business hours from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday to Thursday and 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Friday
  Surcharge:   Use outside normal business hours-$25/hour
 

Parking

  Ample free parking.

  Made within 48 hours of date of rental are subject to full payment.
