ADVERTISING POLICIES AND SPECIFICATIONS
All ads must be submitted by the first
day of the month preceding the month of publication.
All rates herein are based on DIGITAL
ADS furnished by advertiser. Digital ads are accepted as Portable
Document Format for PC computers or Quark, Photoshop, or Illustrator
for Macintosh and must include all graphics and fonts used
in the ad, and a hardcopy printout of the ad.
Ads received that does not meet above
specifications will be corrected at advertiser’s cost.
All cancellations must be submitted
in writing and received thirty days prior to date of publication.
Cancellation may void frequency discounts.
