MISSION: The Valley Community Legal Foundation of the San Fernando Valley Bar Association is to enhance community respect for the law and its related professions through financial and educational support programs. We believe that active participation by socially responsible citizens is essential to building and maintaining a community that values civic virtues. We provide funds for programs that foster a sense of personal responsibility and respect for law, especially among children.
